Peace Warriors is a non-martial arts children's program specifically developed to build confidence, raise awareness of behaviors that fuel bullying and teach effective conflict resolution skills. Age appropriate classes offer training for both mind & body with games to build strength & speed, fun drills to develop safety skills for bullies & strangers and interactive lessons about making friends and dealing with bullying. Peace Warriors is periodically offered as a multi-week program at ProKarate Rockford, as well as one-time classroom visits to local elementary schools.
