Anything you learn needs to be memorized in order to be able to utilize the information or skill at a later time. There are two ways this memorization occurs. The memory is either set into your mind electrically or chemically.
Memories which are the result of electrical impulse and not imprinted through repeated occurrences are likely to be forgotten or require time to recall.
Memories which are imprinted through the result of chemical action it is likely to be remembered forever and recalled immediately.
Think about being in school, your freshman year (grade 9). You were required to remember many different facts during your freshman year. Math, English, social studies, etc. What do you remember now? Do you remember how to figure out the square root of a number, what is a past participle, who was the leader of
Now think about things that you have learned and are “set” in your memory through a chemical reaction. When you touched the stove and it was hot did you ever have to do that again to remember. How many times do you have to smell a skunk before you instantly know what the scent is?
Our training is “set” in your memory through chemical means. ART (Adrenal Response Training) is the most effective method we have found to train people in a very short period of time. By minimizing the number of techniques taught, by training only gross motor skills and adrenalizing the participants we are able to train someone in a very short amount of time to effectively defend themselves.

EZ Defense Is The Best Self Defense
Training Available!
EZDefense is a highly specialized personal protection program. The curriculum of EZDefense is unique. The classes are taught with a dual emphasis on emotional support and physical skills.
All classes are taught by a specially trained female / male team of instructors. Our instructors are trained in dealing with the physical and emotional process of an escalating confrontation.
All self-defense training is not the same; some courses can do more harm than good. Training which focuses on the physical aspects and neglects psychological and socialization issues may actually undermine the participant's confidence in using their defense skills. EZDefense Programs provide strong psychological support for students as a part of the curriculum.
The EZDefense training experience: EZDefense training takes place in a supportive, non-competitive environment with the emphasis on channeling your feelings into power. Under the guidance of our trained instructors you will learn techniques for avoidance, de-escalation and, when required, confrontation.

EZ Defense Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics Check our current class schedule at www.PoliceDT.com
This training is designed to give officers an edge when they are forced to physically defend themselves. This is the advantage they need when they are fighting for their weapon, when using their weapon is impractical or when their weapon is unavailable.
EZ Defense Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics Training is unlike any other. In addition to defensive tactics classes integrate tactical communication, weapon retention, handcuffing procedures, and subject control.
Easy to learn, easy to retain and easy to use.
Without knowing what this training is like it is impossible to understand the profound impact we have made upon the officers we have worked with. This training is what patrol officers need to give them an edge in an all out physical confrontation. Here are some quotes from officers who have participated in the EZ Defense Law Enforcement Tactical Defense classes:
Why should you choose EZ Defense
We understand the generally accepted norm and the desire to use your own personnel to instruct your tactical training. However, we would like to point out several, very good, reasons why outsourcing this training to us is a more practical approach:
This training requires the use of a
suit, specifically designed for the
class. These suits are somewhat
custom in nature and will fit only
individuals of identical sizes (height,
weight, build, head size, etc.). By
using us and our equipment you
save this capital investment.
The strenuous nature of teaching in the suit requires a high degree of fitness as well as specialized training. This saves countless training hours and hundreds of training dollars.
Instructor training is counter productive to defensive tactic training as it is approached from the reverse angle. Why would you want an officer trained to be a “good” opponent and not a winner in a confrontation? Let us accept the role as losers.
Injuries are somewhat common to the instructors. While typically not serious in nature, many of these injuries would hinder the officer in the performance of their regular duties. You save your people to do their job by letting us do ours. What would happen if your training instructor received an injury of a serious nature?
The more experienced the instructor is in working in the suit the better able he is to provide the appropriate resistance and feedback. We teach often and are always practiced; this would be very hard for an instructor teaching only one, two or three times a year.
